The Tour Begins at the Large Stone Archway in between the Cave of the Winds and the Main Goat Island Parking Lot (The first parking lot you come to on Goat Island) Look for your Tour Guide with a Light Blue Shirt and Khaki shorts/pants.

We booked the wrong tour date, and they wouldn’t even refund us partial! I messaged them and they automatically declined.

We’re very sorry that you had an issue with your booking, however, we tried to contact you multiple times prior to your tour and we didn’t hear from you until an hour after your tour had finished. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that is clearly stated on our website and on the confirmation emails we send out that confirm the time and date of your reservation. The reason for this policy and one advantage of booking with us is that we purchase your tickets ahead of time for you so you don’t have to wait in line. Additionally, we contact every customer via phone and text confirming the date and time of their bookings prior to their reservations to avoid these kinds of issues. Because of the multiple avenues of communication on our end and our company policies, we are unable to refund a tour that doesn’t give us proper notice.
