Our tour guide for the evening was Dan. He was awesome! Very personable, packed us up at our hotel on time, had a lot of great info on the history of Niagra Falls. Took us to a couple of places he normally couldn't, although one had closed early. He also told dome good jokes! The Cave of the Winds was totally awesome as was the Maid of the Mist. Just a heads up...you will get wet on these two. I would wear water shoes or footwear that dries fast, if I go again. My favorite part, by far, was the illumination of the falls! Absolutely stunning! I will absolutely recommend this tour. It was nice to have someone handling all the details. Reservations were easy and everyone was so nice. Dan was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our tour guide, Eduardo, made this not only a memorable but very efficient way to experience Niagara Falls. Our hotel was in Williamsville, NY; however, we booked a pickup at the Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls to avoid parking issues near the visitor center. Pick up was on time and with a small group of 4, we were able to take in all the Falls had to offer with time to spare. Eduardo had great tips along the way and ensured we stayed on track. With only a day to view the falls, we found the tour worthwhile.

The Illumination Tour was awesome! Our guide Eduardo was punctual, knowledgeable and entertaining. He secured the entry tickets for the group so there was no excessive waiting (if any to speak of at all) and kept things moving right along. I suggest having a good meal before the tour; it's a full four - 4.5 hours with a stop for snacks in between. My fiance' and I had explored The Falls on our own during the previous day and enjoyed ourselves immensely, but the nighttime experience took it over the top. I'll venture to say that the waterfalls are more wondrous at night. The lights, the fireworks... it was a truly fun, wonderful experience! We definitely recommend it!
Very costly - Purchase your own ticket for the experience listed on tour and you would save about 100$

We paid 150% extra to take this tour. Not worth it. When I bought, I thought I am paying premium for something exclusive which is not the case. I had to pay extra parking fee just to be picked up by tour bus and later they dropped us at the same place, where I paid to park earlier and we walked around.

I made the reservation the day before and our hotel wasn't a pick up option because it was a little out of the way. So I decided to drive to the location under 'departure details'. They never showed up and when we called the # it had a busy signal. We went back to our hotel and they called us 45 minutes later asking where we were. The pick up time on their site was wrong so we missed our $250 trip.

The lady I spoke had a misunderstanding with my address of the hotel I was staying at. She told me I was 5 minutes away from the meeting destination and I was actually 32 minutes away. With the information she gave me I was not able to make my tour. I am very disappointed and frustrated about it and they told me there was nothing that could be done for a refund.

I felt like a little kid again, absolutely mesmerized by the beauty in front of me. My husband said I was glowing with joy. We got to partake in just about everything you can on the American side of the falls. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was very kind and knowledgeable about the area and history.
